Quick Launch Checklist
After signing with Levo, we’ll get up to speed as quickly as possible through the following steps:
Kick off meeting: Discuss needs and hypotheses about what leads your employees to stay or leave. This enables us to customize our approach to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Review survey questions: We will provide template questions that can be customized to individual employer use-cases. Added questions should be simple, with options ranked 1-5 (where 1 is strongly disagree, and 5 is strongly agree).
Decide your starting line: Decide which employees will be the first to receive the surveys.
Finalize pre-kickoff communications: Tell your employees what Levo is, why we are using it, and what to expect (email template).
Review exit survey questions: We will provide template questions that can be customized to individual employer use-cases.
Upload employee list: Send the in-scope employees with the following data fields:
First Name
Last Name
Email
Phone Number
Job Function (Nurse, Aide, Other Clinical, Admin, Management)
Hired Date
Supervisor
Supervisor phone number
Region (or State)
Office Location (or Branch)
(Optional) Worker Category
